Wise drivers go through a rigorous hiring process to ensure that only elite operators from our industry join the Wise family. Once onboard, each motorcoach operator is introduced to every vehicle in our fleet and given personalized customer service training to ensure they are compatible with all personality types, groups and special needs passengers. The Wise leadership team provides ongoing training via driver meetings, road safety tests, web-based classes and tutorials to sustain the highest caliber staff.

Each of our operators is intent on furthering their industry expertise and strives to be nominated, or win our annual in-house Operator of the Year award, The Barbara Johnson Award. This highly esteemed award was developed in 2015 to honor the memory of Barbara Johnson, one of the company’s first and most loyal operators. Barbara’s “Do whatever it takes” attitude epitomized the Wise Coaches family mantra; each recipient of this award similarly embodies this mantra.
